Camlot, Jason
The animal library (DC Books 2000), was nominated for the AM Klein Prize for Poetry. Camlot's work has appeared in Poetry Nation, Matrix, Journal of Canadian Poetry, Slingshot, sub-TERRAIN, Quarry Magazine, The Journal of Postmodern Culture and elsewhere. He teaches English at Concordia University, Montreal.
Cammon, Anne
Cammon is a poet and fiction writer who curates a literary radio show for WKCR FM New York, featuring contemporary works of poetry, fiction, new music and radio drama. Her work recently appeared Riverbabble, Rumble, Big Tex[t] and Blue Print Review.
Campanello, Kimberly
Campanello earned an MFA in creative writing from the University of Alabama and is reading a PhD in poetry at Middlesex University, London. In 2009 she was resident at the Fundación Valparaíso in Spain, and she was the featured poet in the summer 2010 issue of The Stinging Fly.

Cardinale, Jenna
Whole Coconut published Cardinale's chapbook, Journals. Her work has appeared in Court Green, Cannibal, Blue Mesa Review, Columbia Poetry Review and MiPOesias, among others. She teaches poetry writing at Lehman College and Explorations Academy, New York, an experimental public high school.

Carey-Kent lives in Southampton, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, the Contemporary Art Society, Bassett Lawn Tennis Club and the Society Of Uxorious Love-poets.
Carmichael, Michael
Carmichael became a professional public affairs consultant, author and broadcaster in 1968. He worked in five American presidential campaigns for progressive candidates from RFK to Carter. In 2003, he founded The Planetary Movement, a nonprofit public affairs organization based in the United Kingdom. He has appeared as a public affairs expert on the BBC's Today, Hardtalk, and PM, as well as numerous appearances on ITN, NPR and many European broadcasts examining politics and culture. Carr, Sally
Carr has two collections with Rockingham Press (Electrons on Bonfire Night 1997, and Handing on the Genes 2003), and a third is near completion. She has won the Bridport Prize, and the Kent and Sussex Open, among other awards. She lives in Wiltshire.
