Berry, Emily

Bhattacharyya, Bhaskar
Bhattacharyya was a Delhi- and London-based documentary maker and journalist. He drowned in 2006 and is sadly missed by his many friends. His obituaries in the Guardian, Independent and Daily Telegraph will give you an idea of why we loved him.
Birchall, Danny
Birchall lives in Brockley in South-East London. He works for the Institute of Contemporary Arts. He writes a column on online cinema for Sight & Sound magazine, and his short fiction has been published in The Mechanics Institute Review.
Biscello, John
Biscello, a scribbler, poet and playwright, presently calls Taos, New Mexico, home. His work has appeared in: Soul Fountain, Ophelia Street, The Good-Time Emporium, The Reconstruxion Papers, SHIFT, The Wanderlust Review, Art Times, Chokecherries, The Iconoclast, BENT, Militant Roger, Farmhouse, and Albuquerque Arts.
bissett, bill
bissett started the legendary blewointment press in 1958. He won the 1990 Milton Acorn poetry prize. His many books of poetry include skars on th seehors (Talonbooks 1999), which is also a recording. His poetry is included in The new Oxford book of Canadian verse in English (OUP 1982).
Biswas, Rumjhum
Chennai-based Biswas's prose and poetry have been in online and print journals in India and abroad, including The King's English, Eclectica, Crannog, The Little Magazine (India) and Etchings (Australia). 'Cleavage' was longlisted in the 2006 Bridport Prize for Poetry.
Black, Linda
Black's poems have appeared in numerous magazines and in the anthologies Entering the Tapestry (Enitharmon 2006), This little stretch of Life (Hearing Eye/Poetry School 2006) and I am Twenty People! (Enitharmon 2007). Black received the 2004/5 Poetry School Scholarship and won the 2006 New Writing Ventures Poetry Award. Her pamphlet, the beating of wings (Hearing Eye 2006) was a PBS recommendation.
Blakeslee, Vanessa
Blakeslee's work has been recognized by grants and fellowships from the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, Yaddo, the Ragdale Foundation and the United Arts of Central Florida, and has appeared or is forthcoming in Harpur Palate, The Bellingham Review, Green Mountains Review and The Southern Review, among other journals.
Blecher, George
Blecher's iarticles on American politics and culture appear in many European newspapers and journals. He is a literary translator from Danish and Swedish and a fiction writer whose stories have appeared in Ontario Review, St Anne's Review, and literary magazines in Helsinki and Copenhagen.
Blomer, Yvonne
Blomer's poetry has won awards and been published widely in Canadian journals and anthologies. She recently published a chap-book, In this moment, the world (Calliope Press). She moved to Norwich, UK, to do her MA in creative writing and lived in Japan for several years.
